FAQs

How much does a consultation cost?

The consultation costs €88.

Cosmetic and laser consultations are not covered by health insurance.

If you are not already a patient at our clinic, we will provide you with the prices for medical, cosmetic and laser procedures during your preliminary consultation.

Some private insurance policies cover procedures that others consider to be ‘cosmetic’ (e.g. rosacea by some private insurance companies).

______________

How much does laser hair removal cost?

As with all procedures, the costs must be explained in detail during a preliminary consultation (cosmetic and laser consultation).

______________

What are the parking options in the neighbourhood ?

As everywhere in Brussels, it can be a bit problematic during the week.

There are two spaces reserved for patients opposite the clinic,

and the area does not have parking meters but requires a blue disc (free for two hours).

____________

Are you registered with the National Health Service ?

No.

Consultation fees are listed in point 1.

However, you will still be reimbursed for part of the cost of medical dermatology consultations because we are approved by all Belgian mutual insurance companies and all private insurance companies.

_____________

I am running late. Should I let you know ?

If you are only slightly late (less than 15 minutes), no.

If you are going to be significantly late, we need to let you know if we will still be able to see you... so please contact us in this case.

_____________

I received a reminder text message but I can't come. Is it too late to cancel without incurring a charge ?

No, this text message serves as a reminder for those who are forgetful: it is sent 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to offer your place to the many patients who have sometimes been waiting two months to see us.

48 hours in advance, you will receive an EMAIL to confirm whether you wish to cancel.

It is therefore important to provide your email address and mobile number when booking online.

________________

Can I contact you by text message to cancel my appointment or notify you of a delay ?

NO, 0470 020202 does not respond to text messages or voicemails – these messages will not be read.
